Return Policy

Our main goal is you to be satisfied! So please choose your artwork carefully, we are a small business and all prints and originals are final sale.

 

Damaged Artwork

If you notice any serious damage in the delivery, please contact us with the adequate details, images and we will do everything to find the best solution. If the package is damaged, please don’t accept it and contact us right away.
Every package comes with a before opening warning, please read it carefully, we don't accept returns if you don't follow this instructions.

 

Exchanges

All original purchases are final; as they come with a special gift, personal note and Flo personally pays and ensure the shipment arrives to you via courier. 

Prints are very delicate and most cannot be re-sold upon return. We do not offer print returns at this point so please be mindful of this when choosing your artwork.

In case your return is accepted, the fastest way to get your new product is tho make a separate purchase of the new item, while we're processing your return.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding the shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
